Debbie Rodrigues of My Kid’s OT, provides Pediatric Occupational Therapy assessment and consultation services to children, adolescents, and adults. Skills addressed in OT assessment and consultation include sensory processing, gross and fine motor coordination, visual-motor integration, social and play skills, and self- regulation.

Over the course of her 38 year OT career, Debbie has had experience working in the school system, clinic environment, hospital, and the client’s home.

Methods of Payment

Payment of fees is due upon receipt of the invoice, which will be issued at each session. Where services are covered by supplementary insurance, clients are required to pay directly and then submit invoices to the insurance company for reimbursement. Methods of Payment include Janepayments, Debit, cash, etransfer, VISA, or Mastercard.

Cancellation Policy

If a client “No Shows” for a session, the full session amount will be charged. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will be charged 100% of the session fee. A late arrival to a session is billed for the full session.

Fee Schedule:

• Treatment Session Fee of $160 (60 minute session/50 minutes direct client time and 10 minutes documentation time)
• Assessment-$480 includes 2 appointments- Initial Parent Intake Session (virtual or in -clinic) and In-Clinic Assessment Session using clinical observations and child/youth interview *with parent and child/youth (in clinic), Summary Report
• Additional Assessment Sessions for in-depth evaluation of Fine Motor Skills, VMI Skills, Printing, Oral Motor Skills/Feeding, Gross Motor Skills, Sensory Processing using standardized assessment tools $240 per each additional evaluation session **Following Intake Interview and In-Clinic Initial Assessment Session
