Debbie Rodrigues of My Kid’s OT, provides Pediatric Occupational Therapy assessment and consultation services to children, adolescents, and adults. Skills addressed in OT assessment and consultation include sensory processing, gross and fine motor coordination, visual-motor integration, social and play skills, and self- regulation.

Over the course of her 38 year OT career, Debbie has had experience working in the school system, clinic environment, hospital, and the client’s home.

Methods of Payment

Payment of fees is due upon receipt of the invoice, which will be issued at each session. Where services are covered by supplementary insurance, clients are required to pay directly and then submit invoices to the insurance company for reimbursement. Methods of Payment include Janepayments, Debit, cash, etransfer, VISA, or Mastercard.

Cancellation Policy

If a client “No Shows” for a session, the full session amount will be charged. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will be charged 100% of the session fee. A late arrival to a session is billed for the full session.

Fee Schedule:

• Treatment Session Fee of $160 (60 minute session)
• Treatment Session Fee of $140 (45 minutes)
• Consultation/Brief Assessment- $320 (includes 60 minute evaluation session via discussion and observation only, in-session feedback and provision of strategies, summary note)
• Standard Assessment- Sensory and Regulation Evaluation-$640 requires 2 appointments including Initial Parent Session (virtual or in clinic) and Child Evaluation Session with parent and child (in clinic), Summary Report and cost of assessment tools
• Standard Assessment- Fine Motor, VMI and Printing Evaluation- $640 requires 2 appointments including Initial Parent Session (virtual or in clinic) and Child Evaluation Session with parent and child (in clinic), Summary Report and cost of assessment tools
• Meetings on Client’s Behalf (Virtual or In-Person)- $200
• School Consultation Visits- $200
• Re-Assessment Reports, Discharge Reports- $200
