Clients may self-refer to Debbie Rodrigues, Occupational Therapist and Owner/Operator of My Kid’s OT or have an agency refer them for Occupational Therapy services. Please consult your insurance company or funding provider for more details about referral requirements, as some plans require a Physician’s referral to receive funding.
